Zoe Gilby Trio

Jazz Vocalist of the Year at the 2019 Parliamentary Jazz Awards, vocalist and songwriter Zoe makes a stunning impression on the contemporary jazz vocalist scene, delivering a commanding mix of musical sophistication and dramatic edge. An engaging repertoire of story telling and atmosphere, her repertoire encompasses a wide range from the sensitive treatment of familiar jazz standards to an adventurous blend of more contemporary material from Pink Floyd to Kate Bush, with influences from Sheila Jordan and Joni Mitchell.

Zoe's compelling original compositions are written with her husband, double-bassist Andy Champion. Mark Williams on guitar completes the trio.
